Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine and mix first 3 ingredients.
    Add at low speed flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, carrots, walnuts and vanilla.
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
