Grandma'S Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat milk.
    Add rice and margarine.
    Add sugar, salt and raisins to beaten eggs, then slowly stir in the hot milk mixture. Add vanilla.
    Pour into greased baking dish; set in a pan of hot water.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top of custard.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
    Serves 4.
