Potatoes Deluxe Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (OreIda Southern Style)
    1 c. onion, chopped (optional)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 pint sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese and salt in large bowl.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Mix well.
    Put into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle topping on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
