Beef And Potato Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced, peeled, raw potatoes
    1 Tbsp. cut-up onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley (can omit)
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Arrange evenly in greased 2-quart baking dish: potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and parsley (if desired).
    Then mix ground beef, milk, catsup, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Spread this over potatoes.
    Decorate top with more catsup, if desired.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
