Ingredients

2 c. sliced carrots
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Cook carrots in boiling water until done; drain.
Combine butter, sugar, lemon juice and paprika in skillet.
Heat over medium heat until bubbly.
Add carrots.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until glazed, stirring constantly.
