Kay'S Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. very lean sausage
    2 large green peppers, cut in large slices
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    garlic powder and oregano to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage after cutting into 1-inch pieces (link) or bite size pieces (bulk).
    Transfer to pot.
    Add peppers and tomato sauce.
    Sprinkle good amount of garlic powder and oregano over meat mixture.
    Simmer at least 1 hour.
    Serve on good rolls.
