1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix and pack the first 3 ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
