Glazed Cornish Hens(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. apple jelly
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Rock Cornish game hens, halved
salt

Preparation

Combine jelly and cinnamon in small saucepan; heat, stirring until melted.
Set aside.
Place hen halves, skin side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Roast in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Brush with apple jelly and cinnamon mixture.
Roast 25 to 30 minutes longer or until browned and tender.
