Italian Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. each: salt and garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion and pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover; simmer for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
