Peach Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. peaches (approximately 1 peck)
    1 pt. vinegar (I prefer 1 c.)
    5 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Wash peaches; cut from seed, leaving peeling on.
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
    Add peaches.
    Cook until thick enough to spread.
    Pack in hot jars.
    Process 10 minutes in water bath. Make fried pies and eat.
