Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots, grated
    1 apple, cubed
    1 can pineapple tidbits (2 1/2 oz.; save juice)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grate carrots; cube apple.
    Drain pineapple; save juice. Mix juice with flour and sugar.
    Cook until clear, then add mayonnaise.
    Stir well and cool.
    Add to fruit.
