Beef Broccoli Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    4 oz. grated Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in flour, salt and garlic.
    Add milk and cream cheese and then beaten egg.
    Cook briefly for 3 to 4 minutes, until well blended and thick.
    Stir in thawed broccoli.
    Set aside.
    Take one package of crescent rolls and line pie dish, covering sides and bottom, making a crust. Spoon the filling into pie dish.
    Top with Jack cheese.
    Cover top with second package of crescent rolls and seal edges.
    Cut 3 to 4 slits in top for steam.
    Brush top with milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, covering top with foil after 20 minutes.
