Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
6 eggs, separate yolk and egg white
1/2 tsp. soda, mixed with sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Cream the butter, sour cream and sugar together.
Add 1/2 flour at a time with one egg yolk.
Continue this until all flour and egg yolks are used.
Add salt and vanilla flavoring.
Then beat with mixer for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Add egg whites last. Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Do not open oven door.
