Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix milk and sugar and bring to a boil.
    Lower flame and cook until it forms a ball in cold water.
    Add margarine, vanilla and pecans and using a wooden spoon, beat until slightly creamy.
    Stop when ripples show at the edges.
    Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. If mixture hardens, set on low heat.
