Magic Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
juice of 3 lemons
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Make a graham cracker or vanilla wafer crust.
Mix Eagle Brand milk and egg yolks together.
Add lemon juice last.
Lemon juice \"cooks\" eggs.
The filling will become thick.
Pour into crust and beat egg whites until fluffy and pour over pie.
Brown in oven. It slices better if you chill it before serving.
