Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)*
    1 can water*
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    4 large carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 large cans beans (pinto, red, kidney, black or green)
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. garlic and parsley salt
    1 tsp. salt, pepper and chili powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    * Can substitute 1 large can V-8 juice.
