Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 large jar Ragu with mushrooms
1 onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
oregano to taste
1 to 2 bay leaves
8 oz. cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 medium onions, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Brown meat in a large skillet with a little olive oil.
Add onion, garlic, oregano, bay leaves and Ragu.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix cheese, sour cream and onions.
Set aside.
Cook noodles as directed.
Add a little olive oil to water.
Drain. Spread 3/4 of noodles into a large rectangular pan.
Pour meat sauce over noodles.
Spread the cheese, sour cream and onions over sauce.
Put remainder of noodles over all.
Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
