Zucchini Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1 cube margarine, melted
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced (4 or 5 c.)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine stuffing mix and melted margarine; mix.
    Put half of this mixture in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
    In saucepan, combine zucchini, onions and salted water.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Drain and spread over stuffing mix.
    Combine sour cream, soup and carrots; mix.
    Spread over zucchini and top with remainder of stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Do not cover.
