Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat all ingredients, except nuts, at low speed until smooth. Stir in nuts.
Place in greased 13 x 9-inch (or layer pan).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Spread on frosting when cool.
