Creole Eye Of Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with onions and garlic
    2 to 3 tsp. Creole seasoning
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef eye of round roast
    2 stalks celery, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1 medium green bell pepper, cut in strips
    hot cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    You will also need 1 large size (14 x 20-inches) oven bag.
