Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 ggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in the zucchini. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
    Stir into the first mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
