Broccoli Mushroom Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
salt and pepper
1 1/2 oz. pimentos, diced
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Clean and cut broccoli into portions.
Set aside.
Bring the saucepan full of water to a boil and add the salt and baking soda. Immerse the broccoli and poach for 5 minutes.
Remove and drain. Heat the butter in the skillet and saute the garlic and sliced mushrooms until tender.
Add the broccoli and toss until well coated with butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
