Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    bacon curls (for garnish)
    6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    6 egg yolks
    6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Pie shell should have high fluted edge.
    Sprinkle bacon into pie shell.
    Combine Cheddar cheese soup and egg yolks.
    Beat until well blended.
    Stir in Tabasco sauce.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
    Serve warm.
    Cut into wedges. Garnish with bacon curls and chopped chives.
