Steak Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 6 serving pieces
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. hot water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, diced
    1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Combine flour
    and
    cheese,
    then in separate bowl, dip steak in egg
    and
    coat with flour mixture.
    Brown in hot oil. Place in shallow
    baking
    dish.
    Saute
    onion in oil and then stir in tomato paste,
    garlic, salt, pepper and water.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Pour sauce
    over
    steak
    and
    top with Mozzarella cheese slices. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.\tServe over noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
