Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    6 large onions
    6 bell peppers
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel and slice tomatoes.
    Chop onions and bell peppers.
    Mix with all other ingredients.
    Cook until mixture thickens like catsup.
    Pour into jars and seal.
