Carrot And Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oat bran
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. skim milk or 2%
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Mix bran, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and raisins together.
    Set aside.
    In a small bowl, beat egg whites; add milk, honey, oil and carrots.
    Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; mix only until moistened.
