Toasted Pecan Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 Tbsp. diced pimiento, drained
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of red pepper
Preparation

Spread pecans in a single layer in a 9-inch square baking dish. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 5 to 6 minutes or until toasted. Set aside.
Combine green pepper, onion and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Microwave at High for 45 seconds or until veggies are crisp-tender, stirring once.
Drain and set aside.
