Mozzarella Tamale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 lb. 12 oz. can tomatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 pkg. corn bread mix, prepared
Preparation
    In skillet, brown ground chuck. Add chopped onion and green pepper; saute.
    Add chili seasoning mix and tomatoes.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in shredded cheeses and olives. Turn into 9-inch square dish.
    Prepare the corn bread mix according to directions. Arrange spoonfuls on top.
    (Extra can be made into muffins.)
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
