Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda (baking)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    a few raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar to eggs.
    Add vegetable oil, vanilla and zucchini.
    Sift together the next 5 ingredients and add, a little at a time.
    Add a few raisins. After stirring, add nuts.
    Bake in two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 4 small loaf pans, greased, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, slice and serve with cream cheese.
