Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
2 medium onions, chopped
garlic powder to taste
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
Preparation

Brown meat and onions. Drain off excess grease. Add garlic powder, chilies, Lea & Perrins, tomato sauce and cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts. Serve hot in chafing dish. Dip with Fritos, Doritos or similar chips. Serves 12.
