Salsa-Hot(Makes 2 Cups) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, minced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and white flesh holding them removed and sliced
1 large clove garlic, minced
5 Tbsp. fresh lime juice or to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a 9-inch pie plate, put a layer of refried beans (1 jar), then a layer of salsa, next a layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, topped with sour cream and minced tomato to garnish the top.
Can be served hot or cold with nacho chips or in taco shells with lettuce.
