Tourtieres Canadienne(Canadian Meat Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. water (cold)
Preparation
    Cut 1/2 cup shortening into salted flour, then add remaining shortening.
    Mix well and stir in water.
    Roll out 1/2 of dough to line 10-inch pie plate.
    Save other 1/2 to top the pie.
