Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ears sweet corn
4 c. chopped cabbage
3 sweet green peppers
3 sweet red peppers
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 1/4 tsp. turmeric
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. vinegar (white)
Preparation

Cut corn from cob.
Chop other vegetables fine.
(I put them through blender).
Mix spices, sugar, flour, salt and vinegar. Add chopped vegetables and corn.
Cook 10 minutes.
Pack into sterilized jars and seal at once.
Put in hot water bath for 10 minutes just to assure sealing.
