Veal Paprikas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal (stewing is best and cheapest)
    2 onions
    2 tsp. paprika pepper
    1 or 2 small tomatoes or tomato puree
    salt
    2 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Wash the meat and cut it into large squares.
    Put in pan two tablespoons of fat and heat.
    Dice the onions finely and dip into fat, stirring until soft.
    Now add two teaspoons of red paprika pepper and stir once.
    Salt.
    Put in the meat, together with the fresh tomatoes (or one or two teaspoons of puree if fresh tomatoes are not available).
    Add a little water, barely covering the meat and stew under lid, stirring from time to time.
    If necessary, add a small amount of water again until meat is tender.
    Cream may be used before serving, according to taste.
    May use turkey slices, uncooked.
