Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. frozen whipped topping
chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine crushed cookies and 1/2 cup butter.
Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Freeze.
Spread ice cream on crusts and freeze.
