Lemon Danish Rolls - cooking recipe

2 (1 lb.) loaves white frozen bread dough
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (3 or 4 oz.) pkg. regular lemon pie filling mix (not instant)

Let dough thaw until pliable (dough can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator or thawed in microwave on Low for 6 minutes each loaf).
Divide each loaf of thawed bread dough into 8 pieces. Gently shape each piece into a rope, 15 inches long.
Hold one end of each rope in place and wind dough around loosely to form a coil; tuck end firmly underneath.
Place on greased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
Brush with melted butter or margarine and let rise in warm place for 1 to 2 hours or until doubled in size.
