Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless chicken breast
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash chicken. Layer in pan with heavy-duty foil. Salt and pepper. Put light layer of Bertolli olive oil over it. Put 1/4 cup of water. Make tinfoil tent sealed on each end. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
