Quail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 quail (per person)
fresh raw oysters
Worcestershire sauce
bacon
Preparation

Wash and pat dry quail (whole).
Stuff each one with raw oysters.
Season with Worcestershire sauce.
Place in a greased roaster.
Cover each quail with half strip of bacon, covering all exposed areas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or golden brown and thigh juice runs clear with knife.
Serve with milk gravy and grits.
