Spinach Rockefeller A La Kolodner(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. dry Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    3 to 4 tomatoes, sliced thickly
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Mix all other ingredients, except tomatoes.
    Add spinach and mix well.
    Grease 2-quart casserole and make 2 layers of tomatoes on bottom.
    Pour spinach on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour.
    (May be assembled the day before and baked on the day needed.)
