Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread
    2 sticks pepperoni, diced (2 c.)
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large egg or 2 small
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    mushrooms (optional)
    onions (optional)
    peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Defrost frozen bread. Roll out on floured surface to 18-inches long x 6-inches wide.
    Spread tomato paste evenly.
    Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.
    Place mixture down center of bread.
    Pull up sides and pinch together to seal.
    Place on greased cookie sheet in horseshoe fashion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve with salad. Freezes well.
