Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar together.
    Beat the eggs well and add to creamed mixture.
    Sift and add to previous mixture.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Pour into loaf pan, 1/2 to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
