Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced squash
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes or choice of cereal
Preparation
    In a pot, boil squash, celery, onions, butter and water for 5 minutes. Then combine with cracker crumbs, beaten eggs and grated cheese. Pour into lightly buttered baking dish; sprinkle on topping. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
