*Meatball Soup 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. rice, partially cooked
    salt and pepper
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except parsley and form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll into chopped parsley.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepot.
    Place meatballs in pot and carefully add enough water or chicken broth to cover and cook for 45 minutes.
