Parsley Buttered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. quartered potatoes, peeled
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel, quarter and wash potatoes.
    Boil potatoes to tender bite; drain.
    Clean and chop parsley, medium to fine.
    Melt butter and add parsley with salt.
    Pour parsley butter sauce over drained potatoes and serve.
