Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cabbage leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
    Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, rice and egg.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into cabbage leaves.
    Roll leaves around.
    Pour soup and water mixture over cabbage rolls.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
