Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. sea salt
    1/2 small white onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    3 medium eggs
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Saute onion and parsley flakes in butter.
    Add sherry, tomato paste, sea salt and a dash of black pepper to onion and parsley. Saute together 3 minutes more.
    Add crabmeat and let the heat of the sauteed mixture break up the crab chunks (do not stir excessively) and cook 3 minutes more.
