Switzerland Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, halved
    2 c. Sauterne wine
    2 c. Gruyere cheese, shredded
    6 c. natural Swiss cheese, cut in thin strips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in double boiler pan.
    Cook very slowly until all is melted; stir constantly.
    Put into your fondue pot; keep warm.
    Serve with French bread, cut into little squares. Just enjoy.
