Supper On A Bread Slice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. Accent
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or American)
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bread.
    Cut bread in half lengthwise making 2 flat slices.
    Spread meat mixture on top of bread slices.
    Wrap bottom (crust side) in aluminum foil, leaving the top uncovered.
    Place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
