Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar well.
Add beaten eggs; beat well.
Add flour and other dry ingredients including vanilla.
Add chopped apples and nuts.
Mix.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
