Delia'S Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 c. minced celery
    juice of 1 small onion (cut onion in half and scrape cut surface with a spoon)
    1 ripe apple, pared, cored and sliced
    12 sliced olives
    1 chopped pimento (small can)
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise dressing
    2 Tbsp. tomato catsup
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients and add the remaining ingredients. Chill in icebox.
    Serve on bed of crisp lettuce.
    This salad is good with cold meat or meat loaf.
